The thing that was overlooked.

When life brings you to another lesson.

I found this part of dialogs when I listening-while reading to the audiobook of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland yesterday. *If you’ve read my early post about me -watched the Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland- before, yeah you are not misread, I rewatch it again, but this time in its audiobook version.

Somehow, it was remembered me about a thought that I already believed in — and think it should be applied in our life, for almost 3 years ago. The thought was about:

“3 balances in eating”

  • Eat for body. You need to consume the good and healthy food to fit your body.
  • Eat for mind. You need to consume the good and healthy thoughts to keep your mind conscious.
  • Eat for soul. You need to consume the good and healthy emotions to keep your soul calm and happy enjoying your day.

I believe that in order to live our life well, we should eat something that good and healthy for ourselves. Either for our body, our mind, and our soul.
